Guest lecture: Prof. Dr. Robert W. Gregory
We are proud to welcome our Mercator Fellow Prof. Dr. Robert W. Gregory (Herbert Business School, University of Miami) for a guest lecture on Thursday, December 7, 2023; 5.15 PM to 6.15 PM (Passau time/CET). He will give a talk on the topic “The Thorny Road Towards Data Network Effects: A Path Creation Perspective”.
The afternoon will be especially valuable for all colleagues interested in issues around the areas of digital innovation and the transformation of incumbent firms in the context of digital business strategy.
Professor Gregory is a Associate Professor of Business Technology at University of Miami - Herbert Business School. In addition to that, he works as Research Fellow at MIT’s Center for Information Systems Research (CISR). He is Associate Editor for Information Systems Research (ISR), Senior Editor for Journal of the Association for Information Systems (JAIS) and member of the Editorial Review Board of Academy of Management Review (AMR).
