Guest lecture: Prof. Dr. Tobias Kretschmer
We are delighted to announce that Prof. Dr. Tobias Kretschmer (Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich) will come to Passau for a guest lecture on Thursday, Novemeber, 2023; 4.00 PM to 5.30 PM (Passau time/CET). He is going to give a talk on "Competing for Attention on Digital Platforms: The Case of News Outlets".
The afternoon will be especially valuable for all colleagues interested in issues around Competitive Strategy, Platform Markets, Organization Design and Applied Industrial Organization.
Professor Kretschmer is Professor of Strategy, Technology and Organization at LMU Munich School of Management, a Research Fellow at the Centre for Economic Policy Research in London and a Research Professor at ifo Institute in Munich. He is an associate editor at Strategic Management Journal and the International Journal of Industrial Organization.
