Guest lecture: Dr. Sina Hardaker
We have the pleasure to welcome Dr. Sina Hardaker (Julius-Maximilians-University Würzburg) for a guest lecture on Thursday, May 11, 2023; 4.00 PM to 5.30 PM (Passau time/CET). She going to give a talk on the framing struggles and mediating roles in platform urbanism, using the example of platformization in retail.
The afternoon will be especially valuable for all colleagues interested in issues around Economic Geography, Retail Geography (especially e-commerce / digitization and internationalisiation of retailing), Platform Economy and Special Economic Zones (Regional focus: China, Germany, Myanmar, UK, USA).
Dr. Sina Hardaker is an economic geography scholar with a research focus on platform economy at the Julius-Maximilians-University Würzburg. Additionally, she is part of the editorial team and member of the advisory board of Standort - Zeitschrift für Angewandte Geographie. Also, she is (co-)speaker of the VGDH-AK Geographical Trade Research.
